A Step Toward Simplicity
One word-KETTLEBELL. Steve's cousin Angie came to visit with her brazillian husband Ezer who are really into hardcore jiujitsu. They taught me how to work out with a kettlebell. I have never had a more intense weight workout. I was sweating within seconds. It really works your core along with many muscles all at once because you have to constantly balance the kettle ball. You also have to constantly "crack the walnut" with your but and work your abs along with every exercise so it is so ideal for me. I will get more done in less time. No more weight classes for me! Yay! 20 mins on the kettlebell at home will free me up to do other things when I would normally hit an hour long class at the gym. I'm going to work out with these three times a week for 8 weeks and take a before and after picture to see what a difference it makes. I have a feeling that the results are going to be rippage city.
