Have started my routine over.  Printed out a new smart coach plan.  Running 20-26 miles per week plus cycling.  So that adds up to about 26-31. 
Sat.  Long run 10 miles @9:38.
Mon. Easy run 5 miles @9:38
MY MOTTO THIS WEEK---DON'T HATE RUNNING SLOW!  :)

p.s.  My mom bought me some new running shoes and I have to say they are heaven.  Lots of cushion and plenty of support.  They are the Brooks "Glycerin 8".
