I was surprised to see on my schedule that I only needed to go 2 miles. So of course I decided to do hills. Since I know now that hills are my downfall--no pun intended, I have hills on the mind. St. George is a hilly course. I am in for some hard times if I don't get more experienced and comfortable with hill running. So I ran 2 miles on a 4 incline on the treadmill. OMGoodness...it was tough. I've got some work to do!!
