Very hilly 10 mile run. Kudos to me for running with Abner, a guy who used to be too fast for me.
Finished at an avg 9:10 pace. Rocked the downhills but died on the up. Lesson learned that I need to work the hills in order to be ready for st. George!
Just finished skimming "Run Less Run Faster". I'm going to do the 3/2 plan of running 3 days a week and cross training 2. I am also going to do the tests from the book that supposedly show whether it's realistic to qualify for Boston or not...I will post the results!!
