REST

5/6, 5/7, 5/8 Rest.  Hope I don't regret this...but yes I did take the last few days off.  I'm hoping it will pay off and I can come back stronger next week.  I'm also trying to lose some fat by eating better.  I'm hoping to get down to 120.  I have 13 pounds to lose.  YIKES!
