4/26/11

Did yoga w/ Erin and a weight class w/Chelsea today.  Babied my legs because I work them out so hard as is.  I figure I can use the upper body but I'm not going to push my legs.  I hope that I wake up refreshed tomorrow.  I am so exhausted from the busy day I had with my girls...cycle w/ Carrie tomorrow!

P.S. Girls--does anyone out there have massive sugar crave around and during your period?  I seriously do.  It just so happened that Easter and my cycle coincided nicely.  I think I ate a pound of chocolate.

BTW, I can feel my body changing but I haven't lost a pound.  I haven't figured out how to lose any weight while I'm training.  I would like to shed a few pounds of fat.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!
