Sick with the flu but on the mend...can't wait to get back to running because I have a new appreciation for my health. I will cherish every moment of strong running. I definitely am going to have more fun doing it.
I've been drinking spinach smoothies with OJ, bananas and oatmeal. I also made oatmeal cookies. I've been cooking up a storm. Loving getting my food storage in order and revamping my 3 month storage. I am also on the bandwagon of scripture reading each day...don't ever want to fall off again.
