Don't Hate the Red Meat
Carrie Woodward, a fellow runner who happens to be an "elite" runner, gave me some advice about how to get over my tiredness. She said "...endurance athletes need iron or they will feel a drop in energy." A cup full of red meat twice if not 3x's a week would be good. Your body needs the iron, but also the other nutrients that red meat provides. Who knew? I hardly ever get hungry for red meat. I don't eat it very much if at all. I guess time's are a changin'. Maybe I'll go back to eating liver like I used to when my granddaddy was alive. He would fry it up for me nice and hot with taters and okrah. Mmmmmmm....

I fully support your desire to eat cattle. Fillet Mignon is my favorite! Bring on the meat---
