Adjusting the plan

As I'm getting better at healing my body, I realize I can do more which is a good thing because if I am going to qualify for Boston, I need to Do MORE.  I now am running 4x's a week-31-36 miles.  I take a lot of hot baths.  I see a chiropractor once a week to get adjusted.  My neck no longer gives me pain and my right shoulder is still tight but doesn't give me the grief it used to.  So I think the chiro is worth it.  He keeps me in check.  He also got me a free portable "Tens" unit..
T-E-N-S stands for Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.  In other words, it is the use of electric current produced by a device to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes.  I am so glad my insurance paid for it.  Now I get to do stim whenever and wherever I want! yay!!!
